The question frequently asked when deciding between traditional “stick” construction ( drywall over 2 x 4s) and our modular buildings is, “Why should we go with a modular design?”
There are a number of answers to that question:
- Our modular offices qualify for accelerated depreciation, stick construction does not. According to our tax laws, modular buildings can be depreciated over 7 years, and conventional construction must be depreciated over 39 years. That allows your company to realize lower taxes immediately.
- Conventional construction can take weeks to install, whereas our modular buildings can be installed and operating in a day. In addition, there is no construction mess during the installation process. This minimizes the disruption to your business and allows you to continue your operations without hassle.
- Modular office buildings have built-in flexibility. You can add to a building, re-locate a building, move it with you if you move your business location, or even add internal walls to create an office within an existing office.
